- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Supplier or delivery issues beyond our control
- Suspected misuse, fraud, or unauthorized transaction
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed within a reasonable time. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or provider.
If the order was cancelled after procurement, packaging, dispatch, or vendor processing had already started, cancellation charges may apply where applicable.
6. Vendor or Third-Party Fulfilled Orders
Some products listed on MyCityMarkets may be fulfilled by third-party vendors or local suppliers. In such cases, cancellation approval may depend on the vendor’s processing stage and cancellation terms.
